If a vehicle is 10 years or older, written approval of Management is required. Other vehicles not approved are units which in the Managements opinion detract from the intent, purpose and general appearance of the resort. Rates are based on 2-person occupancy; a daily charge of $3.50 will be made for each additional person. Well mannered pets (maximum of 2 per unit) are welcome. A $25.00 fee will be charged for any changes made within 30 days of the reservation start date. Deposits are refundable, less a $50.00 “cancellation fee” for cancellations received prior to 30 days of the reservation start date. No refund once a reservation has started. The unused, paid portion of any site rent may not be gifted, willed, or transferred for the use of any other than the registered guest of said site. The Resort operates a “No Smoking” policy in all public areas.
